Commission rounding logic

All commissions are calculated in Euro and rounded to the nearest Euro cent (€0.01).

For fractions of a cent, the following rules apply:

• If the fraction is less than half a cent (e.g. €X.XX00 to €X.XX49), we round down.
  Example: €0.1513 becomes €0.15.
• If the fraction is greater than half a cent (e.g. €X.XX51 to €X.XX99), we round up.
  Example: €0.1578 becomes €0.16.
• If the fraction is exactly half a cent (e.g. €X.XX50), we round to the nearest even Euro cent.
  Example: €0.1250 becomes €0.12; €0.1350 becomes €0.14.
• Where the commission for collecting payments in Stores is determined solely as a percentage of the collected amount and results in less than €0.01, a minimum commission of €0.01 will apply.
